“New”, “Outlet New” and “Manufacturer Refurbished” systems come with Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you need to file a warranty claim for those systems, you will need to contact manufacturer directly.

All other conditions come with Avallax warranty:
60-Days warranty for systems in “Open Box”, “Refurbished Grade A”.
30-Days warranty for “Refurbished Grade B” and “Used” conditions.

How to obtain Dell warranty that came with your system

with Dell direct warranty. Warranty information such as duration and type of service is included on Product Description page. Dell limited hardware warranty is valid within USA only. PRO, PREMIUM and IN-HOME services are internationally transferable. In order to use Dell warranty that came with your system you will need to fill out dell ownership transfer form online. If you’d like to transfer the ownership, please send us an email to support@avallax.com including your order number and Dell service tag number (7-character code that is usually located on the bottom or top of Dell computers).
