RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to get replacement, return or get the product repaired.
All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our Return Policy carefully.

TIMEFRAMEReturns accepted within 14 days after delivery date. Please make sure to keep the box, accessories and all packaging within return period. Returns outside of 14 day window are not accepted.
RMAPlease contact us at SUPPORT@AVALLAX.COM to obtain RMA for your return. Returns without authorization number will not be accepted.
RESTOCKING FEEWe do NOT charge Restocking fee in following cases:
1. No restocking fee if product is returned unopened.
2. No restocking fee on Refurbished items returned in same condition, packed in original manufacturer's packaging including all materials and accessories.

Products sold in New or Outlet New condition are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Avallax reserves the right to refuse return and/or charge restocking fee higher than 10% for any product that was returned in different condition, damaged, broken or missing original package, parts or accessories.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTBuyer is responsible for return shipping cost. However We will provide prepaid shipping labels for DOA items.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTOriginal Shipping Cost for US orders is deducted from Refund amount for all returns unless product is DOA or it has a defect which can't be fixed by Manufacturer. Expedited or Express Shipping is non-refundable in any cases.
International Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
DOA (Dead on Arrival), DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTSDOA (Dead On Arrival) and Damaged products must be reported within 5 days from delivery date. If you believe that your computer is defective please give manufacturer a chance to fix it via online chat, phone or in-home service (all products that we sell come with Manufacturer's warranty).
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS1. Contact us at SUPPORT@AVALLAX.COM to obtain Return Authorization Number.
2. Merchandise should be carefully packed in original box, make sure to include all accessories and materials.
3. Ship product back to us via FedEx or UPS. Please do not write or place stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date that the returned item is received by us to process refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. We will send email notification once refund is processed. Avallax reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any merchandise that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.
